ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ONCE YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL INFORMATION (NAME, SHIPPING ADDRESS, BILLING ADDRESS, EMAIL, PHONE NUMBER) IS PROVIDED CORRECTLY.

If you fail to do so, your package may be lost, missing, fail to receive updates, flagged as a fraudulent order and get canceled or returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address. 

If your package gets delivered to the wrong address due to an invalid shipping address that you submitted, we are not responsible.

If your package is lost or missing due to an incorrect shipping address you submitted, we are not responsible.

If your contact information was typed in wrong, we are not able to receive any updates on your order.

if any payment information you provided is incorrect it will be flagged as a fraudulent order and will automatically be canceled and refunded to you in 3-5 business days.

If your package gets returned to us due to an invalid address you submitted, you will be responsible to pay for shipping again and need to provide a valid address in order to resend your package.

ARRIVAL

If there is an error/mistake on your order due to our part, we will resolve the issue. You must contact us no more then one week after delivery date on file. We will not fix any errors/mistakes once the week has passed after your delivery date.

NO EXCEPTIONS

You are responsible to check your order once you have received it and make sure you received the correct items/quantities.

SHIPPING POLICIES

Allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed due to high volume orders, weather conditions, and COVID 19. Holidays and weekends do not count. We are not responsible for any shipment delays. If your package is lost, damaged or stolen during transit or upon delivery, please make a claim with the carrier and handle it directly with them. We apologize for any inconvenience.
